Jackie Evancho Wows at 'Britain's Got Talent' Final (Video)

Eleven-year-old singer Jackie Evancho wowed 'em at the Britain's Got Talent final Saturday night. The pint-sized soprano sang "Nessun Dorma" from Giacomo Puccini's opera Turandot to an overwhelming response. (YouTube has disabled embedding capabilities for the performance but you can see it for yourself here.)

Evancho said it "was an honor" to perform on Talent and she tweeted earlier in the day, "London is amazing and I love the people. They're so nice. Tonight's my big night - my knees are shaking. lol I hope i make it!?

Jai McDowall was crowned the newest winner of Britain's Got Talent on the same night.

Evancho was runner-up on America's Got Talent last year, where she sung a duet with her idol Sarah Brightman on the finale. She later inked a recording contract SYCO/Columbia Records -- the label of Britain's Got Talent standout Susan Boyle -- and her debut effort, O Holy Night, went platinum in Dec. 2010.

Her next album, Dream With Me, will be released on June 24.

Evancho really does sound like an adult when she sings but there always seems to be a disconnect between what she looks like and what she sounds like.

To get your Evancho fix, here's a clip of her singing "Angel" on PBS' Great Performances:
